1️.Identify bottlenecks – Where does work keep getting stuck? What tasks feel harder than they should be?
2️.Start the conversation – Who in your team shares your frustrations? How could things be improved?
3.Look for smarter ways – AI, automation, and modern software exist to eliminate inefficiencies but they need champions to push for them.
4.Advocate for progress – Transformation isn’t about replacing people, it’s about empowering them to focus on work that matters.
5.Think beyond your role – A better system doesn’t just benefit you. it helps your team, your clients, your suppliers, and even your industry.
Every business has inefficiencies. The real question is: Who will take the first step to fix them?
I meet many teams and businesses in my world and I see that people are reluctant to change, because they feel it is someone else problem. Most of the time they know what is important.
